A Season of Growth & Big News
March nearly rained away as the final effects of La Niña moved through but with it came strong volumes and opportunity across our markets.
Despite the challenges, our teams showed resilience, adaptability, and drive. Well done to every team who stepped up and pushed through, it did not go unnoticed.
This month, we share very exciting news and celebrate milestones that make us incredibly proud to be part of Grow.
Company Updates & Announcements
🙏 A Message of Thanks to Paul Botha
After an incredible 36 years, Paul Botha will be stepping down from his role as director at Grow. We want to sincerely thank you for the time, dedication, and leadership you have invested in building Grow into what it is today.
Your expertise and wisdom have played a key role in shaping the business, and we are grateful for the impact you’ve made over the years. We look forward to continuing our relationship and appreciate your ongoing guidance and input in a consultative role going forward.

🌊 Grow Expands to the Western Cape
We are incredibly proud to announce that we are in the final stages of completing our transaction to partner with Boland Markagente, a well-established fresh produce agency on the Cape Town Market.
Going forward, they will be known as Grow Boland.
This marks a major milestone in our journey. Grow is now represented on the four largest fresh produce markets in South Africa, expanding our national footprint.
While a formal launch is planned for early June, the team in Cape Town is already embracing the Grow brand and proudly wearing our colours. The energy is real, and we’re excited for what lies ahead.
